Requesting a Proposal & The Planning Process
Nobody is born a professional wedding planner. That is why we have put together this short guide to answer some of your key questions and give you an overview of the most important stages of our collaboration.
Request a proposal by submitting the form on our website. Once we receive your enquiry, one of our colleagues will contact you within two business days. Our dedicated wedding specialist, with nearly ten years of experience in wedding planning and preparation, will help you create the perfect menu for your special day.
We assess your needs based on a questionnaire, which our colleague will go through with you during the initial contact. It is helpful if you have the key information required for preparing a proposal in advance: the venue, date, expected number of guests (which can naturally be adjusted later), and any special requests you may have.
Depending on its complexity, you will receive our proposal within four days of our initial contact, sent to the email address provided on the form.
The proposal includes our complete seasonal menu selection — including buffet, plated and grill dinner options — as well as our beverage packages and welcome options. Based on our proposal, you can also decide whether you prefer a more traditional midnight menu or would rather opt for street-food-inspired dishes.
Following the proposal, you will have the opportunity to attend a private tasting at a pre-arranged time. Naturally, you are welcome to bring guests with you.
During the tasting, you can sample the planned menu item by item, share your feedback and let us know about any changes you would like to make.
Throughout the preparation process, our sales colleague will answer all your questions, provide professional guidance to help bring your ideas to life as perfectly as possible, and work with you to finalise the detailed event schedule.
We kindly ask you to finalise the following details 10 business days before the event:
- Final guest count
- Guest arrival time
- Dinner start time
- Any food allergies or dietary requirements
- Seating plan
On the day of your wedding, our team arrives at the venue according to the agreed schedule. Based on the information discussed in advance, we set the tables and prepare the venue. We work closely with the decorator you have appointed.
Throughout the event, we remain fully at your disposal. Smooth execution is guaranteed by our banquet manager, who coordinates the entire team on site.
Following your wedding, our sales colleague will get in touch with you again and invite you to share your feedback and experiences with us.
We are always delighted if you have time to leave a written review and to share photographs from your event with us.
Regarding payment, we require a 50% deposit before the wedding, based on the accepted proposal and the pro forma invoice issued to you. The remaining balance should be paid by bank transfer within two business days following the wedding.
